Just wondering.

Did the man have Obsessive compulsive disorder, or Schizophrenia? Because of the random buzzing and thoughts of wanting to kill others, plus the tourette like responses. Also, the compulsion to go onto the roof in an attempt to relieve stress.
OCD has been described by many (Including myself) as either profound images and voices, or background noise. That could be the sudden random distortions of the
video frames.

I would say that Salad Fingers has Autism simply due to the fact that he likes how certain things feel (Stimuli), and the fact that everything is distorted, along with the fact that he has difficulty separating real people from imaginary people.
